SURVEY OF THE OCCURRENCE OF TUBERCULOSIS AND brucellosis in herds DAIRY IN THE STATE OF PARI ??
Abstract
Brucellosis, tuberculosis and infectious diseases are severe and serious worldwide zoonoses. Aiming to raise the incidence of tuberculosis and brucellosis in dairy herds in the state of Para, herds of 29 animals from five regions were subjected to intradermal tuberculin test simple comparison with bovine and avian tuberculin and serological screening tests ("test card ") with acidified buffered antigen (TAA) and confirmatory slow soroaglutinagdo tube (SLT) and mercaptoethanol (2-ME) for diagnostic ° brucellosis, according to official methods. Tuberculosis was diagnosed only in the western governed, with a prevalence of 3.45% for cattle and 0.21% per animal, a buffalo herd from a rural property located in the municipality of Santarém. Brucellosis was diagnosed in dairy herds in the northeast, southeast, south and Morale) regions, with prevalence of 3.08%, 3.61%, 5.88% and 6.66%, respectively, and average prevalence of 3.41%. The low prevalence of tuberculosis, although it seems to characterize expressed little of this disease in the herds studied, raises concerns about the real situation in the same regional herds; On the other hand, demonstrates the brucellosis occurrence of poor health condition of the milk production.
