POLIMORFISMO DE ADENOSINA DE AMINASE E GLIOXALASE-I EM BÚFALOS E BOVINOS S NELORE-ESTADO DO PARÁ
Abstract
Foram estudados os hemolisados de búfalos d'água das quatro raças (N= 266) e de bovinos Nelore (N= 51) a fim de detectar as variações eletroforéticas de Adenosina deaminase (ADA) e Glioxalase-I (GLO). Foram detectados três alelos em búfalos: ADA C, ADA D e ADA E, em três combinações (ADA CD,, ADA DD e ADA DE). Apenas a raça Carabao foi monomórfica para o alelo mais freqüente, ADA D. Em bovinos Nelore foram observados três alelos (ADA A, ADA B e ADA C) em cinco combinações: ADA AA, ADA AB, ADA AC, ADA BC e ADA CC). Além disso, o polimorfismo de GLO foi evidenciado apenas na raça Carabao. Portanto, esses dados sugerem que os sistemas ADA e GLO podem ser considerados com marcadores específicos paraa raça Carabao, podendo ser usados para controle de cruzamentos junto com dados citogenéticos.Downloads
