ECONOMIC VIABILITY OF PRODUCTION OF MARINE SHRIMP SPECIES "Farfantepenaeus subtilis" Pérez-Farfante, 1967 (Crustacea: Decapoda: PENAEIDAE) IN THE STATE OF PARI ??
Abstract
The research aimed to present the economic feasibility of production of marine shrimp, specifically, Farfantepenaeus subtilis species or pink shrimp in the state of Para. Were considered the hurdle rates or discount of 6%, 10% and 12% per year, respectively. Performed the financial analysis, through economic instruments: net present value, internal rate of return, benefit / cost ratio and payback period of capital. Based on the results presented by economic indicators equal to R $ 5,561.76, IRR of 16.6% and RB / c NPV equal to 1.12, it was found that shrimp production is economically viable and that the investor recovers capital invested in four years and five months.Downloads
