ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF THE STATE OF SYSTEMS AGROFORESTRY pari ??
Abstract
The objective of this study is to evaluate the economic feasibility of installing two agroforestry systems in the municipality of Thailand in the state of Pará, as an alternative land use, in order to minimize the pressure on deforestation. The method of economic evaluation used in Net Present Value, Benefit-Cost Ratio and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). It was found that the two systems studied were economically viable and contribute to the reduction of deforestation.
