Occurrence of pathogenic fungi and nematodes IN THE reforested areas PETROBRí ?? S FROM OPERATING Oil-FERA ?? NO MUNICI ?? PIO OF COARI (AM)
Abstract
The identification of pathogens present in forested and agricultural areas is of paramount importance, since it enables the planning of built to be used before they become endemic and can cause major damage management. In this sense, collections bioamostras soil and leaves in areas reforested by the Petrobras base urucú (AM) were performed. Laboratory of Microorganisms UFRA the samples were processed and isolated and identified pathogens. The results showed the occurrence of fungi: Pestalotiopsis sp Botryodiplodia theobromae, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Phyllosticta sp, Phomopsis sp, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium moniliforme, Dendrophoma sp.... and glomerela cingulata, guaranitica Apiosphaeria.; Cylindrocladium pteridis and nematodes Aphelenchus spp, Helicotylenchus spp., Meloidogyne spp. and Pratylenchus spp.
